Currently still renovating/redoing all the #cityliving lots & the #penthouse was next on the list. It has two separate #apartments, so you could use roomies or move grandma & grandpa in with you for example (since you can't actually make it into two seperate lots). It's fully furnished and has 4 bedrooms,4 bathrooms, 2 living spaces (including kitchens), a gym and a painting/computer room with a bubble machine.
