Studio Apartment Duplex
This design uses techniques that #thesimsupply used in a recent house build (two story 5x5) and I was very inspired to practice so this came out very similar. It features a two #studio #apartments one on each level. On the first floor is a very #chic #masculine apartment but it has a #terrace #patio along the back and on the second floor there is an outdoor #balcony with a #cute dining area! Both aparments have single beds, working kitchens, and TVs. There are also #skill building tools.
