I barely even use musems in the sims...do you? Well, if you don't, replace it with some "apartments". I don't have city living, but if you do, you can probably make them better!! I tried to make this basegame, but the only reason why I used cats and dogs is because I pictured a girl living at the bottom with a dog. You can obviously refurnish the apartments.
