This building is multiple things it one. The large room in the front of the building is an art gallery where your sim gave display their art and photos for a show or use it as a shop to sell their work. Their are restrooms for your customers. The back of the first floor is where the photo and art studio is. You take the stairs to the second level which is the living quarters.
