Based off of the apartment-like buildings in the background of Britechester, this building is almost an empty shell so that way you can customise each apartment to fit those who you'll be moving into each room. Each apartment comes with a "bare-bones" kitchen and a bathroom. I also tried to use as little expansion packs as possible.
