Well. I have one in Willow Creek but needed one in Oasis Spring. An apartment building with 4 apartments, a great backyard for poolparties, a greenhouse and a communal gym in the basement. Was supposed to be a roomie house for Nina Caliente, Penny Pizzazz & a YA townie but I decided to give them their own space and apartments.
