There are 10 "apartments" in this building. The one on top is the largest and has a sauna. Other floors are identical. There's also basement with laundry room, pool and storage for each apartment. The roof is intentionally left kinda empty so youcan decorate your style, maybe add a restaurant or a roller skating ring?
