Apartment building with studio apartments designed for urban city living. :) The building contains lobby and 10 apartments, out of which three are decorated and the rest colored as black ("not playable"). My idea was to lock all the black apartments doors, then have my main sim live in one of the decorated rooms and have room mates who can each have their own apartment.
