Use bb.moveobjects before placing. At the ground floor there is one apartment for three sims, at the first floor there is one apartment for two sims and at the second floor there are two apartments, each for one sim. Each apartment has a kitchen and a "tatami room". This lot can be used as a residential lot or as a rental lot (just remember that rent could be pretty high).
