This is a renovation of an old lot. Originally 20x20 this build should fit on most lots. It has items for #gardening #painting #programming #gaming and enough room for up to 4 sims, of child to elderly sims. This is of course a #basegame build and costs under #30k Feel free to change it as you see fit :)
