This was pinterest-inspired and it was such a blast to build. It has only two bedrooms, but it can be easily renovated. The bathroom on the last floor, for example, is pretty big and could be replaced by a third bedroom. It has one bathroom per floor and plenty of outdoors space - on the balconies and backyard.
