This simple apartment design is made for the sims in your neighborhood that you don't really play, but you want them to actually live somewhere (at least that's what I built it for). Using fewer packs than usual, I tried to make this as cost friendly and gender neutral as possible. No decor was used to keep cost down. NO MODS/CC were used.
