Each floor has 2 separate apartment units. Main floor has a 2 bedroom apartment and a studio. Each of the upper floors has 2 one-bedroom apartments. Just assign bed to a roommate and then lock the individual apartment doors for all other roommates. There is a rec room and gym in the basement (this helps to stop the complaints about needs not being met).
