Apartment block. Obviously there isn't the ability to make it into proper apartments as there hasn't been the expansion pack for this yet but overall I'm really happy with the way this turned out. Four apartments each with different themes, some are two bed some are one bed, large patio outside with communal swimming pool and hot tub.
