The setup is very spacious in order to avoid routing issues. There's a fully #furnished apartment on the first floor with a large kitchen, a living room, a bedroom and two bathrooms. The lot value is in fact 145.100 as the Sim-made paintings aren't calculated. I built it in Magnolia Promenade, but it's also well suited for Windenburg.
