When billionaire Bruce Wayne announced his move to the city, property values skyrocketed. Everyone expected him to live in Uptown but Bruce always does the unexpected and built his penthouse here in the Arts district. While it isn't as posh as wayne manor, it does have a pool, basketball court, gym, chef's kitchen and spectacular views.
