My Newcrest apartment v4 furnished. I made a hotel with commun part in the right red building (kitchen, dining room, small spa, artist space, tv, bar, etc.). A small library in the midlle (white building). Left building is hotel suites (actualy small apartments). 4 suites with bedrooms (one or two), small kitchenette and bathroom.
