I redid this fantastic penthouse I found, mostly because the layout wasn't very "family friendly" and I'm so particular about little things like trims and stairs need to be where they don't affect the trim. Anyway, there's two rooms that can be converted into bedrooms too. There's also this really weird bathroom that now that I think about it, no one will use. You'll see it, it's by the gym.
