There is a small room that you cant see for the owner to live in and stay on the lot #boat #restaurant #pool #food #ship #house #smallhouse #boathouse #apartment PS. i didnt come up with the lot but it was set as a park not a resturant so i modified the lot and added a bunch of details and the stuff for a resturant and fixed the river
