This is a modified apartment complex that is inspired by the Batman Returns & the Batman characters of "Catwoman". There are additional spaces available if you want to add more apartment complexes and run it more like a rental. The second floor is heavily inspired by Selina's apartment in Batman Returns while one of the smaller apartments is inspired from Selina's place on the Batman.
