A Newcrest aprtment home , 2 stories.. each an apartment w/ private entrance. Lots of space to set up leizure areas for entertainment. I designed these for two Elder Sim couples who are still very active party animals... but the apartments can be easily tweaked to accommodate other Sims and different interests. No CC.
