So I made this three-story apartement building, it took me a few hours! There're actually sixteen bedrooms and bathrooms, with a little bonus on the roof. There's no staircase to the roof, but you can teleport your sim there if you want. Every apartement has it's own "personality". In the basement, there's a tatto parlour with an adjoining apartement, ment for the playing sim to live in.
