My take on traditional and #modern #brownstones in Chicago. From the front the left is a modern traditional #aparment complex usually found towards the westside of the city with first floor one bedroom and second floor two bedroom with a traditional shared basement coin operated laundry area. The right is a more #modern #condo style brownstone usually found more in the north and upper southside area. the entire building converted into multi level residence. Both usually include a detached garage
