Based on a 1908 floorplan for a shop and a shopkeepers apartment. First Floor shop is undecorated so you can put whatever kind of store you want in there. Has a main space, two shop bathrooms, and a backroom. There is a master and a nursery in the second floor apartment which has been decorated using 1900s color schemes as close as I could find.
