I built a Japanese Apaato inspired by the one that Jahy-sama lives in the Jahy-sama wa Kujikenai! anime. I thought it looked cute and simple to build so I gave it a try. I only fully furnish one apartment though and I don't like the auto generated screenshots of the lot, it looks much prettier in game.
