I took the Grungy #Warehouse by Maxis and renovated it into a lot inspired by an organization for #homeless #teens in a nearby city. I wasn't sure what type of lot it should be, which is why I chose park. It is meant to be a safe place where disadvantaged and homeless teens can relax. #Kitchen and vending available. It has 2 beds for catching some Zzzzzs. #Laundry. 2 showers, 2 baths. Etc! Homeless #animals in the neighborhood are also welcome with #pet-friendly amenties in every room. Enjoy!
