There are 4 bedrooms in total. 1 is for max. 2 toddlers, 1 for a teenager, 1 master bedroom and 1 is for guests. Also, there is enough space in the kitchen with a room just for storage, an extra dining room and a living room. But do not underestimate the work you have to do.
