Contains 1 master bedroom, 1 kidroom, office/gameroom (could be a second kidroom), #woodbench, #yogastudio, nature #pool, things for kids thru the house and garden, extra toilet in the garden so if there's a poolparty or whatever Sims don't have to go inside your house.
