This is a renovation of Proprietor's Square, one of the main starter houses in windenburg (not anymore). The renovated version has 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, aswell as better asthetic looks inside and out. The yard is quite large, with room for a small vege garden with help from some of the tools in the shed on the side of the house.
