Hi guys! As I'm living near Amsterdam, I really needed to build those Old Dutch Canal Houses, which are actually called: 'Grachtenpand' in the Dutch language. Most canal houses are build to reside students and thats my inspiration for this house. It contains 12 student rooms and some of them share a living-, bathroom and kitchen.
