This lot is inspired by the tall, narrow houses that are common in Amsterdam and other Dutch cities. This qualifies as a duplex, so you could feasibly have two families living here, one in each side, if you played around with the door locks. The corbels near the roof are a nod to the hooks that are used to lift furniture and other unwieldy items to the top floors without use the stairs.
