Parnassus Road 12 is a pre-war housing block in Amsterdam style that used to be split in two large family houses. The block was merged to house students. Which also explains the wear and tear in some of the rooms. With some paint and new drapes this can become the new party and study spot for a neat group of students who have ridiculous rich parents!
