The Crystal Gem Temple/Steven's House. No mods, no expansion pack items. It has everyone's rooms (down to the bare necessities, for cost purposes). The back of the house is awkwardly shaped also due to intended low cost (although probably not livable without money cheats, unfortunately). I also tried not to use "unlockables" (i.e. items you would get upon meeting certain requirements).
