This house has the space for 5 Beadrooms (3 empty rooms that has the space to be converted into beadrooms, or skill building rooms). Cooking in the kitchen may be a bit tight for a cluster of people, however this house makes up for this with a formal dining room, a large living room with a piano, a small office, main floor full size bathroom, and a space for taking care of the days Laudry. No its not the best house, however this house could be the #americandream :)
