Modern House - 1
I am currently using this house (and built it without cheating) in my main #Sims Family. Over the course of a week or so, they have earned enough to renovate a disgusting, cheap #house, into a #modern beautifully decorated and well designed #getaway. This is not a home for a #family, it's more of a #home for Sims staying single and saving up for a larger more #expensive home.
