Okay so this is a monstrous modern mansion, This house almost comes fully furnished (I left the bedrooms open to your sims, fill free to change the color scheme in them). It has 8 normal bedrooms and 10 normal baths, the other bedrooms come from the emergency bunker located in the lowest basement level. Use bb.moveobjects.
