This is a sim house based off a house from the 1850s, it was an abandoned old home but we rebuilt it here in the Sims 4.This house is reccomended for under 4 sims and includes a bathroom, kitchen, 2 double bed bedrooms, a living room with a fireplace, a dining room and a study.
