Two Story Thebe Estate
I love the Thebe Estate but I thought it was way too big my for Sims so I removed the entire top floor and lowered the roof. I enlarged the child's bedroom to remove the hallway to the 3rd floor staircase. The rest of the house is exactly the same as the original.
