Built on Municipal Muses lot . For game play and story telling my Sims needed an Arts Center. Children and teens as well as adults share thier talent here. Muscians are welcome to perform for tips. To keep the indoors comfortable a thermostat has been placed on a wall near the 3rd floor bar. Those who plan to stay long should pack a sack lunch. When placed on this lot the center is near to a picnic area. I hope your Sims enjoy this as much as mine do!
