The home is great for starters or a 2 person family, with 1, 2 person bedroom and 2 full and 3 half bathrooms. With the house being alot smaller than the lot, there is a lot of room to expand or add on. I know to front of the house isnt that nice but the inside is very awesome, with 2 mini movie theaters in the basement.
