The same lot essentially, but with a few tweaks that make it perfect for a roommate starter scenario. Both bedrooms now have double beds and closets and basic computers. Bedrooms were made larger while bathroom was made smaller, and there is a television in the living room. Roof has been adusted to be compatible with new layout.
