Books 'N Beans is an internet cafe/library for your hipsteriest of hipster sims. The first floor of this spacious converted barn is dedicated to tech and caffienation, while the third floor loft provides an amazing array of comfortable surfaces for your sims to lounge on while reading from one of the many bookshelves provided. The second floor is left open so that when your sims do their hipsteriest of laughs, it will echo through the entire lot. Admit it-- you wish this cafe was real, lol :)
