While on vacation in Twikii Island, architect Frederick Beauchesne had his inflatable raft boarded by pirates. Luckily, the pirates had made a mistake and after apologizing profusely left for greater plunder and drinks at the Twikki Island beach bar. Left confused and deeply traumatised, Frederick's experience inspired the design of Kylskap Place.
