This house does use CC -master bedroom bed, a painting, pet bed. I have taken them out of this version of the house (I replaced the master bed but didn't replace the pet bed and painting) so you can either replace them with non CC items or go to my tumblr (natalilysims.tumblr.com) for links to the CC that I usd. This house is furnished for a couple, a child and a toddler.
