Construction of a shopping mall came to an abrupt halt when the crew witnessed a ghost, Waterside Shopping Mall was to lay idle for many years, the only visitor to enter this building (apart from the ghost) was a few band members who found the acoustics awesome to jam by and a few teens, until one retired astronaut thought he could turn it into a house for the homeless so they can eat, sleep and retain some dignity.
