With a little renovating the Paw-Readers house of Maxis' was turned into a viable vets home..The single sim who lives here has devoted their life picking up stray cats (some dogs) that hang around the docks, the kind vet feeds, cleans, gives baths and adopts the animals out. The vet in the time he/she has for himself/herself writes books, the royalties from said books published makes the vet have all the simoleons they would ever need. The vet/writer will never be rich.
