This science facility is for the sim who has dedicated his/her life to the study of science full time. Some of the pipes are leaking, spilling radioactive waste....the science lab is built in the shape of a helicopter (well almost, added pipes and other things to make it look like a factory) and the blades are solar panels... Looks pretty at night time.
