Putting up restrictions at a place automatically signals it a target zone for the rebels to come out from everywhere. This place is no different...graffiti, basketball hoop a bar and even the nerds got in to the act by building a rocket ship...but it's a much smaller one (mind your head when entering) You too can enjoy this area before the workers come to do whatever they were going to do.
