This was an old firemen's depot built to help battle a huge fire which destroyed the area around, after the fires were put out the land started to recover but the building was abandoned and it became a dumping ground making a perfect hideout for a teen runaway. The teenager fixed the place up a bit and started to take in roommates which helped to renovate more. Being off the grid means all the money they make goes in to more improvements but keeping the roommates happy is a challenge in itself
