40 years earlier a traveler went inside this cave and found a portal, fear of what it was or could do he decided to build a giant statue to watch over it and ward off those who seeked to abuse it, years had past and the now old traveler went to rest for his last time never completing the statue...rumours went around that it was cursed some even said they heard a loud noise and saw what looked like a hooded man come out of the cave but never entered, from then on no one ever went near here again
